If something feels off, the fastest way to reach us is Telegram. We can help with login, checkout, wallet, image generation, video generation, or anything else that got stuck during the public beta.

What to send us

Include your account name or Telegram handle, what you were trying to do, the approximate time, and a short description of the issue. If the problem is about payment, include the product name and payment screenshot if possible. If it is about image or video generation, include the prompt or the model you chose.

We use this information to check logs, confirm state, and decide whether the issue needs recovery, support, or a refund review.

What we can help with

Typical support requests include login recovery, pending checkouts, wallet top-ups, image or video jobs that never finished, media history that looks incomplete, and questions about subscriptions or packs. We aim to keep the process simple and transparent during public beta.

We will not ask you to repeat unnecessary steps if the logs already show what happened.

Checkout not opening, payment pending, top-up missing, or pack purchase confusion.

Image and video jobs that are stuck, failed, or not showing up in history.
