AIDock Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it while AIDock is in public beta. We keep the wording simple on purpose: the product uses Telegram and web as one account, and that means a few account, billing, and usage signals need to move between both surfaces.

What we collect

We may store the basic account data needed to sign you in, keep your session alive, and sync your Telegram and web workspace. That can include display name, email when you use email login, Telegram identifiers, and the account state needed to restore your current view.

We also keep product data needed to run the service: plan selection, wallet balance, purchase history, image and video job state, and logs required to diagnose failures. If you submit prompts, uploads, or generated media, those inputs and outputs are processed to deliver the requested AI features and may be stored in your workspace history.

How we use it

We use account and usage data to run the product, verify access, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and show the right history and credits in the right place. Billing data is used to create and confirm payments, record wallet top-ups, and keep your included and bonus balances accurate.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with providers only when needed to authenticate, deliver payments, run AI generation, or keep the service available. Those providers only get the data required for that specific action.

Telegram and web

AIDock uses one account across Telegram and web so your history, wallet, and plan stay in sync. That is why some account data is shared between both surfaces.

AI prompts and media

Prompts, uploads, and generated results are handled to produce the requested output and to show your workspace history. We aim to keep the product transparent about when that data is created and when it is reused for recovery.

Billing and logs

Wallet, payment, and provider logs are kept so we can confirm purchases, trace failures, and support refunds or recovery requests when needed.
