Plans and credits
Subscription plans, image packs, video packs, and wallet top-ups are all separate payment types. Each one shows the amount you pay and the credit or feature you receive.
These terms explain how the public beta works. AIDock is a subscription product with bundled AI access, wallet top-ups, and separate image/video packs. We keep the rules readable so users can understand what is included, what is billed, and where the limits are before they pay.
You can use AIDock through Telegram and the website with one account. Your plan, wallet, and media history are shared across both surfaces. Some features depend on the selected plan, selected model, or remaining credits.
AI output is generated by third-party providers and by internal routing that selects the requested model or payment method. Results can vary, may fail, and may require another attempt. We try to show the state clearly so you can understand whether a failure came from a request, a payment, a provider, or a temporary service issue.
Do not use the service to spam, abuse the system, probe other users, bypass limits, or submit content that is unlawful or otherwise disallowed by provider policy. Rate limits and access controls may be applied to keep the public beta stable for everyone.
We may pause or restrict access if a request pattern threatens service quality, cost control, or account integrity. This can happen automatically when needed to protect the service.

Public beta means we are still improving reliability and UX. We use Sentry, client logs, and smoke checks to reduce regressions, but the product is still evolving.
If a login, checkout, or generation state gets stuck, we may need to recover or refresh it from server-side state. That is part of keeping the experience consistent across Telegram and web.
